Pet hair

A fee of €20 applies if you have pets, and it is essential to inform us in advance so we can prepare the necessary equipment. If we are not notified beforehand, the additional fee may be charged upon arrival, or you may need to reschedule your cleaning. It is important to understand that a standard cleaning does not include thorough pet hair removal, although our cleaners will make every effort to address it.

 

Standard clean VS Deep clean (Full list below)

For homes that require a deep clean due to insufficient maintenance, a standard clean will only address items on the standard checklist; a deep clean service with corresponding pricing will be necessary for a more comprehensive outcome.

 

Limescale

Additionally, limescale removal is not part of a standard clean and can be added for €9.99.

 

Additional services

Standard cleans also do not cover oven cleaning, extensive pet hair removal, mattress steaming, or fridge cleaning, as these tasks require extra time and resources. These services can be requested for an additional fee, depending on the cleaner's availability, at the following rates:
