The only thing is we ask you to keep the wheelie bin empty for the first 3-4 days after collection for an effective cleaning experience!

It really depends on the size of the house, the number of rooms and bathrooms. Usually, to deep clean a standard 3 bed 1 bath house would take between 3.5 - 4 hours to complete. It also depends on the state that the house is in.

For a deep house clean and basic clean, all you have to do is to leave the property until the job is finished. This eliminates any disruptions and lets our clean fully get into the zone of cleaning. For the end-of-tenancy cleaning we would ask that you make sure the property is safe by having a quick look. We've had clients book our service without even checking the property after the tenant left. When our team entered the house, the kitchen was smashed up, the bedframes were in pieces and the carpets were all ripped up. Although we did provide the service, but it did not result in an effective clean due to all the broken wood.
